Infitnity Fitness emerged from an unexpected leap of faith and a profound personal transformation. Our founder, a seasoned construction specialist in the healthcare, life science, and pharmaceutical industries, decided to channel his passion for personal growth and overall well-being into a new path.

Drawing from years of technical expertise and design experience, he set out to create a holistic space where people can pursue meaningful change. Today, Infitnity Fitness stands as a community built for working professionals, offering an environment, guidance, and support to help individuals achieve real, lasting results.

This philosophy is reflected in our class design, which focuses on building strength, cardio capacity, mobility, and recovery, the true fundamentals of lifelong fitness. As we continue to grow and improve, our flagship Infitnity Workout, a modern Pilates inspired method using the SRT approach, has also expanded beyond our home base and made its mark in Phuket.
